This is one of the last Forest Postes made before the Character Smokey Bear made his long run. The Poster is from a Collection of a former employee of the Forest Service. The Poster was never used and was put in storage the day it was brought home around 1945. The poster is marked on the bottom U.S. Department of Agriculture Forest Service - US Goverment Printing Office- 1945-0-667492 - State Forest Service. The poster has no folds or other damage. The poster I would grade 9.9 out of 10 , I have been collecting Smokey Posters for years and the Posters I bought from this collection are the best I have ever seen. I have a few differant Posters I will be listing. Please look at all the pictures. Please ask all questions before you bid. The Poster will be mailed flat between 2- 1/4 inch pieces of Masonite with paper, I never send posters rolled this could cause damage to the Poster. NO RESERVE. US SALES ONLY.
