The United Stated Olympic Committee generated the WIN IN 1980 decal. It measures approximately 5 inch by 3 inches and it is red white and blue with Olympic torch. This decal has been in my position since the 1980 and has never been used as decal. It is great collectors’ item for the Olympic collection. Cost for shipped via USPS First-Class Mail is $1.34 within the US. I am offering Insurance and Delivery Confirmation for an additional cost of $2.45.
