You are bidding on an upscale porcelain vanity tray or can be used as a decorative plate, ornate, roses, very nice and chic. Victorian style. New. Measures: 12" w x 12" h. All of my merchandise comes from a smoke-free environment. Bidding info: Shipping is $8.50 in US only. I provide confirmations on all of my shipments. I currently do not ship outside the US.
