S. Woolworth & Co., of Bangor. Several pages have crease to lower right hand corners, with minor chips and edge tears; front cover has small chip to bottom left edge; raised type of tile on fornt cover is still clear and without damage; rear cover has small piece mising from extrem lower left-hand corner with edge tear of approximately 1/2 to bottom edge as well; a photo has been cut out of one page leaving the left half and small portion at top.
