This is used. It is a Royal Doulton, fine china bell from Danbury Mint, made in England. It has a floral design in colors of green, blue, red and yellow. Along the upper edge is a solid blue stripe with a design. This is outlined in gold. There is also gold on the bottom rim, the base of the handle and the tip of the handle. I don't see anything wrong with the outside of the bell. There is no clacker. It looks like there is some glue on the inside so maybe there was one that was glued on. Nothing on the inside is broken, so I don't know. This is 4-1/2" tall and 3" diameter. I will accept money orders, cashiers checks or personal checks but the package will not ship until payment clears my bank. I also accept paypal. I will ship worldwide however the buyer is responsible for shipping and all charges incurred with international shipping. Packages shipped First Class International must be mailed from the post office which may cause a delay in shipping of a couple of days. I will combine shipping.
