You are bidding on an old antique Speedrite check printer made by the Hall-Welter Co., Inc in Rochester. NY. This item is an oldie and even comes complete with the cover. All the handles slide perfectly and the numbers on the tumblers roll smoothly. It needs a good cleaning, but is a great item for display or would make a great boat anchor as this baby is heavy.
