I list items I pick up at local estate auctions, flea markets, yard sales and many items from my own collections that I am liquidating. I'm listing several sets of old salt & pepper shakers tonight :-) Item: Well folks, this one has me puzzled. It looks like old transferware but the mark on the back is a picture of the fruit basket and says: Fruit Basket. It doesn't feel like china or porcelain but it is not pottery either. Maybe someone who finds this will know. The color is a light plum. Marked: See above. Condition: I'm going to call this good. There are no chips or cracks but there is wear to the inner rim and it is rough all the way around. Measures: 9 1/4" in diameter. Check out my other items!
