Found at an estate sale, is this vintage wicker weaved wood sewing notions basket. The outside measures: 12"long, 9"wide, and stands 8 3/4"high. The inside measures: 10" long, 7 1/2" wide, and 6" deep. This basket is looking for a new home that will give it some TLC. The inside is lined in satin and lace. The lace trim is coming up on the front edge. There are pieces of wicker broken or missing. (Look at the pics.) The lockdown clasp that is supposed to be on the lid is missing. The top has a leather cover, and there is a 1/2" leather strip around the top & bottom edges. There is only one handle. In the picture, it looks like a double handle, but that is just a shadow.
