DESCRIPTION& CONDITION Being offered is this lovely 1919 beauty ad provided by the Pompeian Beauty Product Co....they were noted for their gorgeous "yard long" printed ads featuring beautiful ladies in lovely gowns showing off for a lover nearby....this one is no different...she dances by her lover's shadow with the moon and sea beyond...all these ads were done by the best artists of the day using the most glorious palette....this one by Haskell Coffin. Of course we often forget the products...they are listed on the reverse side....Yard long doesn't mean 36", more like 26-27"....this one in in fabulous condition with a minor crease or 2.....ad is bordered by the usual metal strips and loop for handing.
