An excellent choice for the Shabby Chic decor! Gold toned metal flowers are a whimsical interpretation of tulips or perhaps frilly poppies. The backing is a dark maroon felt over brown pad...and the felt, as the images show, is worn. (The darker image of the backing is the most true to color.) One heavy scratch is on the mirror, any others are surface scratches. Of course, none will be well seen if the tray is used to place other items upon. In the final image, there is a reflection of a hurricane lamp globe in the upper corner of the mirror...NOT a crack!! This tray measures 16-1/2" x 7-1/2", and has a hanger at one end of the back in case it's new owner would prefer to mount it on the wall.
