This is a set of shaving items with everything you need for a quality shave except water and a face. The razor is a vintage Gillette Twist to Open Tech Razor in clean,used, good working condition.The underside of the head is marked with the Gillette hallmark, Reg. U.S. Pat. Off. and the date code X 1, indicationg that it was made between July-Sept. of 1952. The large blue and white scuttle type shave Mug is marked Victoria Ware Ironstone with the company's crest on the bottom. The sides have an old time scene of riders on horseback entering a town that brings to mind Spain or Mexico. There are no cracks, chips, or flea bites. The blades are a full 5 count box of Wilkinson sword Classic Double edge blades, still in their blister pack, that fit the razor. The soap is new in the box by VanDer Hagen Enterprises, Liberty Hill, Texas. The used red and white Boar bristle brush is marked Ever-Ready Guaranteed on the side, Sterilized Made In U.S.A. 100 on the bottom, and should provide years of further use.
