This is a standard U.S. Navy Officer's Dark Blue wool Overcoat or Pea Coat. It is the short length not the full size Overcoat It measures from the seam at the top of the shoulder to the bottom of the coat 31 1/2 inches and 22 inches armpit to arm pit. The sleeve length from top of shoulder to end of cuff is 26 inches. It has spec tag that reads "Overcoat Man's Wool, Melton Blue (Peacoat). 100% Wool, Marcie Dale Inc, DSA100-74-0331, 8405-428-7674, Size 42R". It also has the loops on the shoulder for boards but those I don't have. It is in very good condition there is no damage anywhere.
