Steel Viking sword with heavy brass hilt made by Windlass Steelcrafts® for Museum replicas. This is, as always with Museum Replica’s swords, of excellent quality steel and a faithful reproduction of the real weapon quite suitable for actual use in battle, unlike the cheap fake replicas made elsewhere. This is a classic Viking sword design very well executed. Slight blemishes on blade but over all in great shape. Comes with the scabbard shown. OA Length 36 inches, Wt 2 Ibs 4oz. Cost originally @ $ 250.00.On Jul-13-08 at 15:47:10 PDT, seller added the following information:It has been brought to my attention that the photos look like the blade may be missing or eroded near the hilt. This is not the case. I photographed the sword on a heavy black robe and the robe blocks part of the blade. The blade is completely intact and in almost as new condition.
