This pattern is complete with one instruction sheet. Pattern has been cut out. Vintage 1965 Simplicity # 6191 Jockey, Derbey, Helmet, Scarf and soft styles hats. One size fits all. Wonderful graphics! Would look pretty framed. Envelope has some taped spots but is complete. Don't forget to look thru all my pattern listings. I will combine shipping usually at a big discount.
