This sale is for a vintage General Electric fan. This fan works great but wobbles quite a bit. On high speed it will actually vibrate across the floor. There are three holes in the base, I think they are there so this can be nailed down. There is some corosion on the base, the fan is fairly dirty, and the cage is bent on the top. It could use a good cleaning. On the fan blade it say volcatex.
