This is a neat old brochure from The BUCKHORN CURIO STORE (MUSUEM), which opened as a saloon in 1881. In this brochure the location is indicated as 400-402 W. Houston St., San Antonio, Texas. According to a Google search, the location was moved in 1998 to 318 E. Houston Street. This brochure was in a box of vintage postcards that Grandpa Foust bought at a recent auction. The collection included two San Antonio postcard folders which I think were from the 1940s. There is a copyright date of 1939 on a page of two poems about Texas and this brochure may be from that era, but I don't know for sure. It's in reasonably good condition, with a small separation at the center crease and a small section of the bottom edge which looks like it was cut out.The brochure will be "sandwiched" between cardboard and mailed in a poly mailer by USPS First Class Parcel. We'll be listing a lot more postcards over the next several days (and possibly weeks), so check back often. To save on mailing costs, we will be happy to combine this brochure with booklets and individual postcards purchased within one week by the same buyer. Mailing costs within the United States including shipping and handling will be $1.75 for 1 postcard booklet, $1.95 for 2 booklets, $2.15 for 3 and so on, adding 20 cents for each additional booklet or group of 1 to 6 individual cards. At the buyer's request, we will mail any quantity of cards/booklets in a small box by Priority Mail beginning at a cost of $5 up to a total of one pound, and over one pound would depend on US postal zones. Mailing costs outside the USA would depend on the destination country in addition to the total weight of the package. Thanks for your interest and good luck bidding!
