All %100 heavy but soft cotton, fully lined with weights at the corners. Two Panels 31" x 43" and one very long valance 16"x 128". I am happy to ship anywhere and anyhow. If you want it overnight that's fine. I am happy to insure. Of course,all special requests will be added to cost of shipping. Otherwise I ship the least expensive way possible, usually by USPS Parcel Post which according to the Post Office can take 2-9 days. Usually the package arrives more quickly. Most of the feedback I receive mention how quickly my packages have arrived. If it's cheaper or equally as cheap I will send it by Priority Mail which takes 2-3 days.International customers should expect to wait longer because the packages have to make it through customs. I am more than happy to combine shipping on multiple orders. Thanks for your interest.
