There is a spot of paint rub on his nose & slightly on 2 buttons, (see pictures.) He is very clean and colors are still vibrant! Mr. Snowman is wearing a red top hat, green scarf, yellow earmuffs, and is carrying a wreath and candy cane! He is marked Empire with the date and includes a light cord which has been tested and works!!
