I have been told this could be a powder sprayer, a wig sprayer, and a bug duster. I do not know what it is. I have included pictures with a side view, top view, and bottom view. If anyone can help me out with what this is please do. Here is the description: This is a metal can. The top smaller part screws on and off. There is a thin nozzle (reminds me of an oil can spout) that sticks out of the side top of the lid. It has a ribbed feel and appearance the whole way around. I believe it is made of tin. The middle part of the bottom says: Favorite- Philadelphia, PA. The wording that you can only make part of it out is HARRI (probaby a S than don't know after that) and it ends in NTZ. The round section is metal. The black section around that is a material (leather like feel). The bottom is bubbled out. You press the center bottom to make it spray something out of the nozzle. Inside you can see the metal center bottom and the material. There is a one wire that coils starting at the metal part on the bottom and takes three times around to get to the top. With the material on the bottom I have ruled out the use of liquid. When I first opened it, it had a powdery smell to it but since I've opened it so many times trying to figure out what it is for, I now smell metal. It is about 1 3/4" tall and almost 3" across (at the widest area). The nozzle is about 1 3/4" long. It does look discolored or worn on the outside but no rust on the outside. The material on the bottom has some cracks in the top layer but the material is not torn. The bottom inside looks fine. The inside of the lid does have some rusting. If you need any other info or have any other questions please email me. Thanks! The buyer will pay shipping according to the weight of the package going to their zip code. Delivery confirmation is added to the shipping amount in the US. I will combine shipping for multiple items won (combined shipping is based on the weight of the package once all the items are together), so please take a look at my other auctions. If you have any questions please email me. Thanks!
