This is a beautiful Vintage Jewelry box I believe it is Japanese from the designs. It is appx 8" wide 5 1/2" long & appx 3" deep. I think it is red laqured. It has a mirror on the inside & a tray that comes out. The inlaid looks to me mother of pearl or abalone. My pictures really don't do it justice. It is a beautiful piece.
