These are nice vintage Lipper & Mann NOEL Christmas candle holders. They have the original stickers on the bottoms and are in very nice condition. They are green with holly & berries design. The letters/holders are 4" high. Now for the rules.Insurance is optional but I will not be responsible for any uninsured item that is lost or damaged by the post office. I do wrap as carefully as possible.I am not an expert and try to describe my items as thoroughly as possible.
