There is a card on the inside of the lid of the case that gives directions on how to use Case No. 505. It says the case was made by: ULTRA-VIOLET PRODUCTS, INC., South Pasadena, Calif. This was made before there were zip codes. I have not plugged this in, but I assume it works. The case and lights are in good condition considering their age. The case is 12" by 5 1/2" and is 9" high. The case is not bent. It is missing one small knob to open a side panel.
