Pretty Vintage Ormolu Jewelry / Trinket Box measures 4 1/8" by 4 1/8" and stands 2 3/4" high on four little feet. The Glass top is Clear and has a beveled edge and is held in place with fancy prongs. The sides of the box have an ornate openwork design of flowers and acanthus leaf shell designs. The interior bottom has a pale gold color velvet (as does the underside bottom). Very nice acanthus scroll lid handle. Hinge works well. In very nice condition with little to no wear to the metal finish. Nice for your Shabby or Cottage Chic, Romantic Victorian, Hollywood Regency or Paris Apt. room.
