As you see from the picture the top of the box is very scratched.It reads Rubber Bands on one side and Clips on the other. The hinge is in the middleso each side opens separately. The box is in very good condition no dents or scratchesexcept the lid that I mentioned above.Made in Springfield Ill USA!
