Up For Auction is a vintage photo~Ad of an Texaco Motor Oil Company Station appx 1900's. Picture measures appx 8.5 inches by appx 3.5 inches. The picture shows a Texaco Motor Oil~Gasoline gas station . A rather large old brick building with the Texaco Star logo on the side and above the building. Many people standing outside. And off to the right in the corner it appears to be a horsedrawn wagon. You can see three of the buggies out in front and I can only see one fixed pump by front doors. ( I have read that in and around 1902 there were only about 23,000 autos and appx 1913 there were appx 902,000 autos, so these stations were becoming in great demand) Caption above photo says: New Orleans filing station in 1916.
