It has a round black metal emblem on the top that says Fabulous Las Vegas, Nev with a set of dice. On the inside is a listing of doctor and pharmacy name and numbers from the original owner. This typed list is dated 1973. Also is the plastic insert to hold pills. Hinged in back. Measures 2 7/8” wide x 1 3/4” x 1/2” thick.
