This postcard depicts the City Public Library in Mena Arkansas The photo was taken by Bert Hiltebrand The date of the card is unknown. According to the Arkansas History Commission, Hiltebrand was a photographer in Mena in 1912-1913. Postcard is unused but has writing on the back telling the location.
