I recently purchased this at an antique shop in a little town called Robertsville here in Ohio. Never seen one like this it is a frog pocket and a frog coming out of a lilly. There are the the 5 five holes on base I think that were made to hold flowers. Love the colors they remind me of of the old McCoy or Roseville pottery colors. The only mark on the bottom is a number 10. Excellent condition with no damage at all. Measures 5 in. high and 5 in. wide. Very nice old piece here. Please mail with any questions you may have.
