Shaving mug or bowl,made in England,probably around 1940-50's.Ther is a small mark on the handle check first picture,then on the third picture there is a line in the glazing I can' t say a crack it is so smooth.check the picture and see what you think.Length across is 6 1/2" height is 3"The diameter of the part with the holes in is 3".It weighs 10.1 ozs.
