At 8 1/2" tall and 3" across this item is a cover for a candle. Its very ornate and "lacy" with decorative floral and stone look on the top. I believe its Silver plated but not positive. It does have that warm glow luster youd expect from Silver. It comes with a glass base to sit the candle on and then the cover over it makes for a classy looking decoration. It does not appear to have ever been used, but has dust on it and could use a bath. I will ship anywhere but need to calculate freight to other than the Continental U.S
