This was in an estate auction box, so I have no idea of actual age. There is no copyright listed in it. It's in pretty good shape considering it's probable age, no tears or missing pages. There is one possibly old water mark on front cover (see photo), and the staples in middle of book are rusty. Front bottom corner has a very slight dog ear to it. It measures approx. 4 3/4" x 7 1/8". Would look great next to an old vintage phone on a gossip bench!!!
