This is for a first-edition, hardcover book titled WOOD's ILLUSTRATED NATURAL HISTORY by the Rev. H.G. Woods and published by Henry Altemus. 80 full page illustrations, but the only full color one is on the inside front cover page, which is loose. All the rest are b/w. Book published in 1897 and measures 5" x 6 1/2". Great embossed front cover of wildlife (lion, snake). This book is dubbed the 'Aletmus Edition' (Young Peoples Library) and is part of a series. Except for the one loose page, everything else is tight and held together well.
