"The Record" Class of June 1934. West Philadelphia High School, 48th & Walnut Streets, Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. This rare depression-era yearbook is a great cultural and historical artifact for a period and many people now gone. Browsing the pages you will see Egyptian motifs common for this era influenced by the discovery of King Tut's tomb several years prior. There is also a humorous and futuristic story on how television (still experimental at the time) will play a role in a distant class reunion. The yearbook is in good condition, all 140 pages present and a few autographs. Will be packed with extreme care and attention. Shipping and handling is FREE anywhere in the continental United States, USPS Priority Mail with Delivery Confirmation and Insurance for your final bid price. Please email me through the eBay system if you have any questions, including if the person you seek is in the yearbook. I must receive payment within 3 days of end of auction by PayPal. All sales are final.
