Many Vintage Western Electric and Northern Electric Telephones have these missing. As much as I know this will fit most all 302"s, 102", 211"s, 201"s, 354's most all of the Western Electric or Northern Electric Telephone's. This is a #5 Dial Plates/Fingerwheel.
