Working 1950's 60's Vintage Chanel Lighted Display Case Auction Description You are bidding on one (1): Vintage CHANEL Hanging Display Case This extraordinary find will make an excellent addition to any collection. We believe this display case to have been made sometime during the 1950's or 1960's. The case is made from a gold toned sheet metal with glass windows. The display is illuminated from a floor light at the bottom of the case. The display case features both the Chanel name and logo on the case. There are two metal loops at the top where the case could have been suspended from the ceiling. This rare find is in very good vintage condition. There is some general wear to the piece as a whole, which we have tried to show in the photographs to the best of our ability. There is a crack in the side glass piece, which could easily be replaced if desired. Additionally, there is a missing back screw, which could be replaced as well. We have photographed the display while it is on, but we believe that the light bulb is about to burn out and would need to be replaced.
