This stamp pin is from the World Stamp Expo '89, held in Washington D.C. November and December 1989. It is enameled on brass tone metal with military type clutch pin back. Size is approx. 1 1/2 inch wide x 1 inch tall. Payment by PayPal is preferred. Money order and certified check are accepted. Insurance is optional for domestic buyers.For International buyers, Payment by PayPal is required and Insurance is mandatory.
