X-Files - Mulder and Scully Statue Set - Dark Horse This auction features a set of cold-cast porcelain statues of agents Mulder and Scully as they appeared in the 1998 X-Files Film. These sculptures were released by Dark Horse comics in 1998, are 12" tall, and were sculpted by Carl Surges. Both statues are in MINT condition. The boxes are in excellent condition (Scully's box has a slight ding in the upper right corner). From a production run of 10,000 per statue, each statue is numbered as follows: Mulder - 1117 of 10,000, Scully - 584 of 10,000. NOTE: These statues are auctioned as a SET and will not be auctioned individually. Winner of the auction pays the USPS priority insured signature confirmation shipping and handling. The package will be insured and must be signed for upon delivery. The auction winner must contact the seller within three (3) calendar days of the auctions close, indicating payment method and providing shipping information. If the seller is not contacted within the three day period, the auction winner forfeits the item (with or without notice) and an unpaid item dispute is filed with eBay in an effort to recover any and all fees associated with this auction. NOTE: Unfortunately, due to problems with some new eBay members, bids from bidders with zero (0) feedback will not be accepted in this auction unless the seller gives the member permission prior. Members with zero feedback MUST contact the seller PRIOR to bidding; the seller reserves the right to cancel any bid from a member that does not have a satisfactory history within the eBay community. PayPal is the only accepted form of payment (payment is due within five calendar days of the close of the auction - without exception.). PayPal payment requires that the items be shipped to a PayPal acknowledged/denoted confirmed address exclusively. Failure to comply with the terms as stated will result in the filing of an unpaid item dispute with eBay and consequent posting of appropriate feedback. The Seller will ship continental U.S., Alaska, Hawaii, and international With the Seller's PRIOR CONSENT. International Bidders PLEASE contact the seller prior in order to obtain permission to bid (International bidders MUST have a PayPal CONFIRMED address to bid). If the USPS delivers to your country, the rate for that destination will apply. Again, the sculpture will be shipped Priority Mail, insured, and will require your signature upon delivery. After shipping, any and all unresolved shipping issues will be between the buyer and the USPS as the seller will NOT be responsible for lost/Damaged items. All sales are final.
