I found this wonderful flue cover in a box lot I purchased at an estate sale. I believe it to be old and original, possibly German? It is a very appealing glass fronted picture of a young boy in a beaded metal frame with chain. It measures about 9 1/2" in diameter. The only issue I see is a discoloration of the frame at the top about an inch long. the image doesn't appear to have been affected. The picture is excellent. What looks like damage under the glass is just a reflection of me and ugly wallpaper. Since I'm no expert, please email any questions before bidding as this item will sell as found as is with no reserve. Thank you and good luck.
