Kennedy - Cut signature mounted inside a folder from the Lincon Library Henry Luhrs Collection; 8) Secretary of the Interior - Thomas McKennan - Cut signature with very fancy paraph as member of Congress, mounted to a card with typewritten biographical information and in a plastic protective sleeve from Collector's Depot.
