This is a fantastic antique enameled sterling top compact, probably from Austria. It features gorgeous Art Deco inspired electric green guilloche enamel top with coordinating masterfully engine tuned engrave side and back. Mirrored interior with gold 3 position sifter completes the compact. Stunning! Measures 2 1/8" diameter and 3/8" thick. Marked 935. Excellent estate condition. Box hinge and thumb piece are tight, compact closes with a nice click. No enamel damage, no clear coat flakes, no dents, no scratches. Sifter wheel holds in all positions. Gold interior is 100%.
