this is a great comic flash #199 in very fine condition as with all comics grading really depends on the person grading it I have tried to grade all comics accuratly but please look at the pictures I have posted and judge for yourself I have taken a photo of the front cover and inside page against a bright white background so you can see the discolorations ect in the comic pages. if I grade a comic very fine you might grade it fine ect so bid with that in mind. shipping for the first book is $3.00 and $1.00 for each additional comic
