Hand held spot light comes with detachable red lense cover, side toggle switch for either steady spotlight or flashing spot light. Power hookup is underdash. I believe it dates back to the 1960's and comes from an actual City of Cleveland Patrol Car. It is in working condition, there are worn spots on the chrome from past use, lenses and cords are in mint condition.
