This is a vintage NAPA electric clock advertising windshield products: wiper blades and washers-solvent. When I plugged this in the second hand does not turn so I assume the clock does not work. Other than it not working this clock is in excellent condition. The size is 16" square. This could be perfect in your shop or garage. I do include a $2.00 handling fee for United States customers and $3.00 for international customers. Those fees are built into my shipping calculator.
