This is an old box from black snakes fireworks with 8 "Snakes" inside.Nice red white and blue patriotic box measures about 2 1/2 x1 1/2 x 1/2 inches.Front says Triumph Black Snakes non poisonous gauranteed not to contain mercury.Back says manufactured by the Triumph Fusee & Fireworks Co. Elkton Md.Box is all intact,has all top and bottom box flaps.Maybe a little faded from age but overall very good looking,nice shape.I don't know much about this sort of thing.I got this in with a box lot of other items at an auction.I tried doing a little research on this item and found out this company was in business in the 1930s which is about the age of the other items that I bought with this.But again,I am no expert,you be the judge.Please Note: this was Originally being sold as an Empty Box but after speaking to someone at the Post Office they said that they didn't think the "Snakes" were actual Fireworks or explosives so we are containing the 8 original Snakes along with the sawdust that was in the pack.They seem solid but due to their age we cannot garantee that they will work.So Again,you will recieve the Box,8 "Snakes" and the old sawdust!Thanks for looking.Please check out our other items also for similar items.Thank you.
