My payment terms are simple-I accept paypal, checks, and money orders. Please inform me of which payment method you plan to use within 2 days after auction end so that I know what to expect. Other forms of payment (personal checks, cashiers checks, and other money orders) will require a 10 waiting period for clearance. I don't mind waiting if you don't. If you are bidding on more than one of my auctions it is ok to wait to pay all at once. Just drop me a note saying so. Please complete payment within 10 days of end of final auction. All addresses must match the registered Ebay and/or paypal shipping address to be eligible for any refunds. All shipments will have delivery confirmation so that you and I can track your items. I ship most domestic items within 2 business days of completed payment. I will always ship express if you so desire- just let me know. If there is a problem with your paypal shipping address (sometimes a label cannot be generated) I will have to make a personal trip to the post office and that may take an additional day or two. A package that must be taken to the post office due to shipping address different from registered one will incur an addtional charge of .65 to cover delivery confirmation. Oversize items can also require a couple of days. I do not ship on the weekends or holidays. I will happily combine shipping when appropriate to save you money. INTERNATIONAL ORDERS- I love your business! Please do not ask me to mark the customs form as a gift or declare less than the purchase amount. International orders must have delivery confirmation(a tracking number) to qualify for my return policy. This means that you will need to purchase priority shipping. Orders sent first class are at your own risk and will not be refunded for any reason. ALL communication needs to be through the ebay message email system and not my personal email. Personal email is unreliable and I may not get your message. Please purchase insurance to protect your investment as I cannot refund broken uninsured items. Many of my items are vintage and I will disclose any flaws I can find in the description and include great photos so you can see the item well. I will accept refunds if the item is not as described (I could miss something) once I have received the item back in the same condition I sent it. The only risk to you is the cost of your shipping the item back to me. I will not sell a broken or non-functioning item without fully disclosing those flaws in the listing so if you get an item that has damage that was not described or shown in a photo it happened in shipping. I recommend purchasing insurance but will most often leave that optional for the buyer. I will not accept returns on broken uninsured items. Insured items lost in shipping or items broken during delivery will be refunded only via the postal claim process. Please inform me within 3 days of auction end the payment method you will be using and please complete payment within 10 days.
