DESCRIPTON Up for auction is a vintage J.C. Penney sewing basket. It is bright yellow burlap or linen with colorful hooked rug flowers on the top and front. The inside of the basket is red satin with compartments and a plastic shelf to house extra sewing items. It is very cute and it still has the J. C. Penney label (Japan) sewn inside. I have owned it for a long time and never used it. I don’t know the age, but it looks to be 1950’s or 1960’s. Clean inside, never used and no stains. The closure is metal and the hinges on the handle are also metal. The handle is wrapped with yellow jute and rayon. I do my best to represent all of my auction items to the best of my knowledge!! I do not take RETURNS, so please ask any questions before BIDDING!! PAYMENT I am only accepting PAYPAL at this time. I will combine shipping charges if you win more than one item.
